Belvoir Macclesfield’s customer service brings yet more award success.
Belvoir Lettings is incredibly pleased to announce that six Belvoir offices, including Belvoir Macclesfield, have won top awards at the ESTAS 2013. In addition, the Belvoir network won the coveted Gold Award for Large Lettings Chain in the first year it has ever entered as a national chain.
The prestigious Estate & Letting Agent Awards (ESTAs) 2013 took place recently, hosted by Phil Spencer, the TV property expert at a ceremony at the Hilton Park Lane London attended by 600 of the UK’s top estate and letting agents and suppliers to the industry.
“We are absolutely delighted and very honoured that Belvoir won Gold for Large Lettings Chain and that we were the only agent with six regional awards,” said Dorian Gonsalves, CEO of Belvoir.
“Many congratulations to Rosemary and Andrew Millican of Belvoir Macclesfield who won Bronze for the North West region. Both Andrew & Rosemary were also shortlisted for individual awards at the ESTAs for their contribution to customer service.

This success follows on from Belvoir Macclesfield receiving the GOLD AWARD for BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE out of 150 offices in the Belvoir network at the recent Belvoir National Franchise awards.
