The dedication of a Macclesfield business to providing the best in customer service has put it at the top of the honours list in the annual ‘High Achievers’ awards scheme run by national property lettings specialists, Belvoir.
Rosemary and Andrew Millican who own the Belvoir office on Mill Street in Macclesfield have scooped the top Belvoir Customer Service Gold Award – improving on their success last year when they were the Silver Award winners.
They first set up in business in the town in 2007 and have since gone on to become one of Belvoir’s consistently high performers. This award is recognition of the way they have successfully built a large and loyal customer base of landlord and tenant clients alike.
They received their award at the company’s annual awards presentation evening held at the Belton Woods Hotel, near Grantham in Lincolnshire, co-presented by comedienne Ruby Wax and Belvoir Chairman, Mike Goddard.
Commenting on the award for Rosemary and Andrew Millican, Mike Goddard said: “Belvoir’s annual awards are highly contested by each of the 140 plus offices in its UK wide network with recognition in the Customer Service category particular sought after.
