As Global concern about the current COVID-19 outbreak grows, we are doing our best to keep everyone healthy and safe in the workplace while also minimizing the disruptions to our day-to-day operations.
We are writing to you to set out the measures we are taking as a business in response to the escalating situation in the UK. We are monitoring all updates to UK Government policy and guidance.
We have now closed our office and will keep you updated when we will be re-opening. Our property and tenancy management systems and telephony can be accessed remotely and used by staff who can work from home.
We will endeavour to keep business disruption to our customers to a minimum but we are informing sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants that due to the risk involved with cross contamination, we are unable to facilitate access to vacant and tenanted properties for viewings or for repairs or maintenance in instances where an occupant is self-isolating as per recommendations. If these issues arise in connection with your Property, we will inform you accordingly and we will continue to keep you informed as is necessary via email.
