I like Invergowrie, although its effectively attached to Dundee it retains the village feel. Obviously its handy for the City and the transit routes but it has a good range of local facilities as well. Certainly its not an area we have ever had any problems letting property in.

Two double bedrooms, lounge, kitchen etc, its on at offers over £130,000 and others we have had in the same development have rented at £600. Generating a rental yield of 5% plus hopefully a healthy capital return.
