We want to make sure that the images of your home are the best they can be.

Why are professional photos so important? The way your house looks on the day of our visit will create the impression that every potential purchaser will get the first time they are introduced to your property – and we all know how important first impressions are!

We will also undertake a 360 virtual tour where the viewer can navigate around each room. This is a useful tool for anyone looking to purchase a property. This along with a detailed floor plan will ensure your property is marketed in the best way possible.

Preparation

Prior to the photographer’s appointment we advise our sellers to consider the following suggestions where possible to ensure achieving the best results:

  • Ensure garden is clean and tidy, grass has been cut and all debris are cleared away
  • Remove vehicles from driveway and front of the home
  • Remove bins

The Entrance

  • Put shoes, umbrellas, coats in a closed cabinet

The bedrooms

  • Make all the beds
  • Store your clothes in the wardrobes
  • Clean the top of desks and any chest drawers you may have

Living & Dining room

  • Put away the remotes, the toys, large objects
  • Clean up tables
  • Switch TV and laptop screens off.

The Bathroom/WC

  • Put down the toilet seat and lid
  • Put away shower gels, shampoos or any bath products away
  • Put away any toothpaste and toothbrushes
  • Put the towels away

The Kitchen

  • Clear the kitchen counter/ the kitchen table
  • Do not leave dishes in the sink
  • Put your cloths, towels away
  • Remove bins during the shoot
  • Remove the bowl containing food on the floor if you have pets.

Anything you wish not to be photographed should be removed prior to the shoot. This includes any artwork, personal photos, jewellery.

If you have pets, they should be kept in a safe place for the duration of the shoot.
