Please allow a minimum of an hour for this appointment so a member of our team has enough time to explain the entire lettings process in detail and gives you enough time to ask any further questions.

Fully Managed Service 
o We will market your property until a tenant is found. This will include 
www.belvoirlettings.com , www.rightmove.co.uk , www.zoopla.co.uk 
o We will also advertise on social media websites.
oTo LET board erected if required.
o Regular market update and feedback from viewings that have taken place.
o Pass enquiries to you for viewings as appropriate. 
o Each tenant WILL  be referenced before moving into your property. 
o We will provide quarterley property visits whilst the tenant(s) are in occupation with a written report via Snapinspect which will be emailed to you.
o To prepapre monthly statements detailing payment received by the agent on behalf of your Let property and to clearly state any deductions or fees made by the agency.
o Arrange for appropriate tradesmen to attend to the property. We will always  obtain your approval first except in cases of emergency. 
o Arrange for a check out at the end of the tenancy.

Tenant Find Only Service
o We will market your property until a tenant is found. This will include:www.zoopla.co.uk , www.belvoirlettings.com , www.rightmove.co.uk
o We will also advertise on social media websites.
o We will ALWAYS ensure that your tenants are fully referenced. 
o Belvoir will then go ahead and prepare the tenancy agreement, and co-ordinate the signing of the tenants.
o Organise an inventory to be carried out if required.
o Collect the first month’s rent and credit to the Landlord less our agreed fee.
o The deposit will then be registered with the Deposit Protection Service and kept in our account unless you can provide us with your landlord DPS account details for us to transfer it to. 
o Managing the tenancy, including the maintenance and rent collection, will then be the responsibility of the Landlord.
