Belvoir Peterborough is a specialist in Buy to Let, Lettings & Property Management; we put all of our efforts into the letting & management of properties for landlords. When we advise landlords about suitable buy to let properties there is no selling conflict; as we have to be accountable on the buy to let advice we give.
We have three different service levels, from a tenant find only up to our fully managed lettings service. Many agents only have two; this allows us to provide you with a more bespoke service to your requirements.

Fully Managed Service
- Advertising

- Referencing of prospective tenants
- Inventory & condition record
- Utility switch over
- Prepare all tenancy agreements and documents
- Register damage deposit
- Rent collection & monthly accounting
- Rent arrears handling
- Property inspections, every 4 months
- Maintenance handling & co-ordination (contact you before doing anything)
- Tenant’s breach of contract
- Property repossession & rent insurance claim handling (if Belvoir policy)
- Notice processing
- Final inspection & deposit dispute handling
- Re-letting process
COST:
- 15% of rent (Including VAT)
- Set up Fees (Including VAT) - £420.00
- Re-Letting Fee (Including VAT) - £420.00
- Room management fee 18% (including VAT)
- Room letting & re-letting fee (including VAT) - £240.00
Self Managed Service - LET-ONLY
- Advertising
- Viewings
- Referencing of prospective tenants
- Inventory & condition record
- Utility switch over
- Prepare all tenancy agreements and documents
- Register damage deposit
- You then would take over the management of the tenancy
- Notice processing
- Final inspection & deposit dispute handling
- Re-letting process
COST:
- One Month's rent plus of VAT. Minimum charge of £720.00 (Including VAT) if rent is less than £720.00pcm.
Tenant Find Only Service
- Advertising
- Viewings
- Referencing of prospective tenants
- We then would hand everything across to yourself to carry on.
<COST:
- 50% of the rent (plus VAT) payable for each letting where the Tenant is introduced by Belvoir Peterborough.
