Letting and Rent Collection: Start-up fee of £395.00 including VAT plus 13.20% including VAT of the rent, deducted from the rent as received. (E.g. if the monthly rental was £500.00, you will pay a fee of £60.00 inclusive of VAT)
Full Management: Start-up fee of £395.00 including VAT plus 14.40% including VAT of the rent, deducted from the rent as received. (E.g. if the rmonthly rental was £500.00, you will pay a fee of £72.00 inclusive of VAT)
Inventory preparation fee: £85 for 1 bed, £95 for 2 bed, £125 for 3 bed and £165 for 4 bed for larger properties price on asking ( extra £15 for furnished) Included in full manged.
Preparation for paperwork for Alternative Dispute Resolution: £120.00 including VAT
Insurance claim handling fee: 12% inc. vat of cost of works before VAT (E.g. if the cost of the work was £300.00 before VAT you will pay a fee of £36.00 inclusive of VAT)
Professional hourly rate: £60.00 including VAT per hour
Re-signing fee: £36.00 including VAT payable where The Agent, with your agreement, arranges a renewal of tenancy to an existing tenant
