Our service to our Landlord Clients is very comprehensive and as an example of our robust procedures any tenant that we introduce to your property will have qualified through our in-depth credit check before we offer your property to them. These checks include affordability confirmation, employment confirmation, a check for any fraudulent submission of an application, financial status checks, ID checks and references taken up directly with the applicants previous landlord.

The referencing is done through a unique association our group has with Experian credit checking, specifically running detailed tenant checks. This is done to ensure we are we are placing fully qualified tenants into your property.

Once the tenants pass this process we are then also able to offer you a Belvoir Exclusive tenant default and legal protection insurance product. This is your ultimate protection, simply put it means that in the unfortunante event of rental default through unforseen circumstances such as job loss, relationship breakdowns etc you will still get the rent paid and you will not require to deal with the legal aspects or costs involved in removing the tenant from the property.

Ideally any cost related to the property should be shown on the rent statement, that way at the end of the tax year you simply provide those statements to your accountant/tax advisor and it saves a lot of time and expense trying to collate everything at the end of the tax year.
