Meet The Team

At Belvoir Peterborough we have several different teams who work closely together. Although Lettings and Sales work in separate ways we are interdependent: a landlord may wish to sell their property or an investor may want to purchase and then let a property.

We believe that communication is number one to being organised and making sure the Belvoir office runs smoothly. We also make sure we foster good relationship by holding staff socials and charity events.

The Lettings Department

Emma Dighton - Director

I’m a Director of Belvoir Peterborough and Cambridge and my role is varied and busy. My focus is to oversee the operations of all three divisions of our business including future planning and business development. I really enjoy working with developers and investors to help them source projects organise finance and develop their portfolio. I’m currently studying for a RICS qualification in Commercial Property Surveying which is very challenging but interesting. I love working in the property industry and have a real passion for it. In my spare time I enjoy collecting films and film memorabilia and cycling.

Kayleigh Prowen - Lettings Negotiator & Marketing Executive

I’m Kayleigh. In July, 2014, I was fortunate enough to be offered the role of Part Time Lettings Administrator. At the time, I was studying A Levels in Business, Economics and Maths. When I finished my A Levels I realised university wasn't for me and so Belvoir got stuck with me! I took on the role of Multi-Skilled Administrator; I do a bit of everybody's role. I also handle the marketing for the Peterborough franchise so the funny posts on our social media are thanks to me! I didn't want my education to end when I left school so I am now studying for the ARLA Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management. I love going on holiday and try to fit three or four a year in around my busy work and study schedule!

Rosie Collins - Lettings Negotiator

I'm Rosie. I began at Belvoir in October 2015 when I had the role of referencing tenants prior to moving in and also chasing for late rent. I have had the opportunity to take tenants to court and go with bailiffs to evict tenants - this is an incredibly interesting experience but can it can be difficult seeing people evicted from their homes. I have now taken on more of a negotiator role and enjoy finding tenants their ideal home, liaising with landlords, and hitting targets with my team.

I have just achieved a Merit in the BTEC Level 4 Professional Diploma in Residential Lettings and Management, which took me just over one year to complete. I currently help run a Cheerleading Team in Peterborough in my spare time and I love to work with my teams both in and out of work.

I have been with Belvoir since May 2014 and my role is maintenance co-ordinator so I deal with all maintenance issues that tenants / landlords report to me I find my role very busy and challenging at time. My favourite part of my role is having the works carried out and where both landlords and tenants are happy with the result. My hobbies consist of spending time with my family, camping, walking my dog “Bonzo” in the fresh air, cycling, roller skating and being a coach for my son’s football team. I also enjoy a spot of gardening for friends and family whom are not able to undertake such works.
