What is the Sheffield Property Market like in November 2013?

At the moment, very very good. From February or March this year there has been significant increase in buyer activity. A healthy number of properties coming onto the market, and a healthy number of sales going through. There are areas of the market that are performing better than others, south-west Sheffield does seem to be exceptionally strong for family homes. Bottom of the market, with the lack of finance available for first-time buyers until the Help to Buy Scheme has kicked in, does seem to be a bit of a battle. And the top of the market, anything above £500,000, unless it is exceptional or very keenly priced it does seem to be a battle again. But the mid-range properties throughout the city do seem to be performing exceptionally well this year.
