I like property where there is less interest as there is more scope to get the property at a fair price. Although in a market with good knowledge all round, all prices are fair!
If you like yield and a regular rental income a property like this could be suitable, with Haarts. Nicely presented property in a tower block in Woburn Tower, Boomcroft Avenue, Yeading Hayes. Never going to be stellar capital growth wise and will require capital to purchase. The price is £199,000 good value for a two bed. The rental income at £950pcm would make for a yield of 5.7%.
