The property is well presented (although wanting to block your neighbours out of the balcony makes me a little nervous) but it's always good to look at these properties if you are interested.

The out of town agents think that the property will let for £1100pcm which seems fair.  This would make the yield 5.3%.  I would also be asking about lease length (it should be reasonable on a flat of this age) and service charges.

Nice location for those interested in the Crossrail development at West Drayton station.  Wraysbury Drive is in walking distance at the end of Tavistock Road, which is right opposite the station.
