So when considering a buy to let investment you look for property which will attract these three things.  To this end I suggest this property being marketed by Bennett Residential in Uxbridge.

It's a one bedroom flat in Cleveland Road.  Victorian, with nice high ceilings and some nice room sizes the property will serve residents well and in style for another hundred years. 

Cleveland Road bisects the Brunel Campus so you aren't going to be short of people looking to let this flat.  Some people aren't keen on the idea of students as tenants but many students are mature and look after property very nicely.  Don't dismiss them out of hand.  

The flat is also easy walking distance to Uxbridge town centre so with workers in Uxbridge and commuters you won't be short of tenants.
