Management Service

  • Management Set Up Fee: £450 inc VAT
  • Management Fee 13.8% inc VAT of the monthly rental
    (For example: if the monthly rental of your property is £600 per month, you will pay a fee of £82.80 inc. VAT. Should the agreed rental be higher or lower than the example price, Belvoir’s commission will be correspondingly higher or lower)
  • Inventory Fee – will vary according to size of property
  • Renewal of occupation contract – no charge
  • Three monthly periodic checks – no charge, additional visits will be charged at £36 inc VAT.
  • Checkout – no charge
  • Issuing Notices (to include Section 8 and Section 21) – no charge
  • Cancellation Fee (with tenant in situ): the minimum fee that would be payable is the agreed Let Only fee listed above, plus other costs incurred, including a reasonable fee for the time management which has been provided. These costs might include the number of months of management service that has been provided and any disbursements such as arranging the EPC, the Gas Safety Record or other works.
  • Renewal of Inventory Fee – will vary according to size of property
  • Dispute Resolution Warranty – £39.60 inc VAT per annum or £240 inc VAT per claim
  • Cancellation of services upon securing a suitable tennant – If a ready, willing and able tenant has been found, those costs and expenses could be as much as the Let Only Service fee plus other expenses incurred, such as the gas safety check.

Let only

  • 100% inc VAT of first months’ rent

For example if the monthly rental was £600, you will pay a fee of £600.00 inclusive of VAT. Should the agreed rental be higher or lower than the example price, Belvoir’s commission will be correspondingly higher or lower.

If requested:

  • Checkout: Will vary according to property size.
  • Periodic Check of Property: £60 inc VAT
  • Renewal of Occupation Contract: £90 inc VAT
  • Processing of DPS Paperwork: £240 inc VAT per claim
  • Issuing of Section 8 Notice: £180 Inc VAT
  • Issuing of Section 21 Notice: £60 inc VAT

Hourly rate for miscellaneous additional services £90 inclusive VAT
Mid Occupation Contract Management Take Over will be charged at a standard hourly rate (max of 2 hrs).

EPCS are booked via a local company at a cost of £75 (no VAT)

Letting and Rent Collection

Letting and Rent collection Set up fee: £450 inc VAT

Letting and Rent collection fee 12% inc VAT

12%(inclusive of VAT) deducted by the Agent from the rent received.

(For example: if the monthly rental of your property is £600 per month, you will pay a fee of £72 inc. VAT. Should the agreed rental be higher or lower than the example price, Belvoir’s commission will be correspondingly higher or lower)
