Management Service

  • Management Set Up Fee: £420 inc VAT
  • Management Fee 13.8% inc VAT of the monthly rental
    (For example: if the monthly rental of your property is £600 per month, you will pay a fee of £82.80 inc. VAT. Should the agreed rental be higher or lower than the example price, Belvoir’s commission will be correspondingly higher or lower)
  • Inventory Fee – will vary according to size of property
  • Renewal of tenancy agreement – no charge
  • Three monthly periodic checks – no charge, additional visits will be charged at £30 inc VAT.
  • Checkout – no charge
  • Issuing Notices (to include Section 8 and Section 21) – no charge
  • Cancellation Fee (with tenant in situ): One months’ rent (e.g rent of £500 pcm will therefore be £600 inc VAT)
  • Renewal of Inventory Fee – will vary according to size of property
  • Dispute Resolution Warrenty £36 inc VAT per annum or £180 inc VAT per claim
  • Cancellation of services upon securing a suitable tennant £300 inc VAT

Rent collection only

  • 10% inc VAT

Let only

  • 100% inc VAT of first months’ rent

For example if the monthly rental was £600, you will pay a fee of £600.00 inclusive of VAT. Should the agreed rental be higher or lower than the example price, Belvoir’s commission will be correspondingly higher or lower.

If requested:

  • Checkout: Will vary according to property size.
  • Periodic Check of Property: £60 inc VAT
  • Renewal of Tenancy: £90 inc VAT
  • Processing of DPS Paperwork: £180 inc VAT
  • Issuing of Section 8 Notice: £180 Inc VAT
  • Issuing of Section 21 Notice: £60 inc VAT

Hourly rate for miscellaneous additional services £90 inclusive VAT
Mid Tenancy Management Take Over will be charged at a standard hourly rate (max of 2 hrs).

EPCS are booked via a local company at a cost of £75 (no VAT)
