Tenancy Start-Up Fee: £250.00 + VAT (£300.00 incl. VAT)
Sanction Checks (per landlord): £35.00 + VAT (£42.00 incl. VAT)
Deposit Registration Fee: £40.00 + VAT (£48.00 incl. VAT)
Management Fee: 12% + VAT of monthly rent (14.4% incl. VAT)

No fees are payable until a suitable tenant is found. All fees, where possible, will be deducted from rental income.
Before Tenancy:
We advise you on rental income protection, market your property across major platforms, conduct accompanied viewings, and thoroughly vet prospective tenants.
Once a Tenant is Found:
We gain your approval, handle all legal paperwork, collect deposits and advance rent, arrange insurance if requested, and ensure the property is ready for move-in. Utility providers are notified and funds are transferred directly to you.
Ongoing Management:
Includes rent collection, monthly statements, routine inspections, prompt maintenance using trusted contractors, and handling repairs within agreed limits.
End of Tenancy:
We issue notices, manage the move-out process, check the property against inventory, handle deposit returns or deductions, update utility providers, and relist the property if required.
