  • Monthly Charge: 12% of rent received.
  • Re-Signing Fee: £90.00 (Only charged to landlord if landlord asks for new fixed term)

Full Management:

  • Initial Fee: £420.00
  • Monthly Charge: 15.6% of rent received.
  • Re-Signing Fee: £90.00 (Only charged to landlord if landlord asks for new fixed term)

  • Energy Performance Certificate (EPC): £120
  • Inventory: from £180.00 (Dependent on size of property & furnishings)
