The list of fees below is an indication of the charges that you can expect to pay for our services. Depending on circumstances such as number of properties these charges can vary.

Fully Managed

New Tenancy Fee £475 inc Vat  (£395.83 +Vat) (inc  Referencing, AST, Deposit Registration)
Monthly management fee    12% inc Vat   (10%+vat)

Inventory from £90 to £150 dependant on size of property/funrishings etc

Part Managed

New Tenancy Fee £475 inc Vat  (£395.83 +Vat) (inc  Referencing, AST, Deposit Registration)
Monthly management fee    9% inc Vat   (7%+vat)

Self Managed

Tenant Find Fee from £650 inc. VAT to £1100 inc. VAT (varies according to property size, and monthly rental value) (inc  Referencing, AST, Deposit Registration)

Inventory from £90 inc. VAT to £150 inc. VAT dependant on size of property/furnishings etc

Tenant Find Only

One Months Rent or £650 inc VAT whichever is higher

Other fees that could be charged include:

Energy Performance Certificate £102 inc. VAT (£85 +vat)

Gas Safety Certificate £102 inc. VAT (£85+vat)

Hourly Rate £60 inc. VAT
