I have primarily specialised in tenancy management, including drafting comprehensive tenancy agreements, conducting thorough tenant background checks, and overseeing lease renewals and terminations. In addition to my core responsibilities, I have also worked within the maintenance department, where I carried out routine property inspections and efficiently managed tenant maintenance issues.
More recently, I have expanded my skill set to include the day-to-day running of the accounts department, ensuring smooth financial operations across our portfolio. I also conduct landlord appraisals and can perform the majority of tasks required across the Belvoir operation. As Lettings Manager, I am here to help with any day-to-day issues, and I genuinely love problem solving.
