• Letting & Rent Collection – £175 (£210 including Vat) set up cost plus 7.5% (9% including Vat) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received
• Full Management – £175 (£210 including Vat) set up cost plus 10% (12% including Vat) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received.
• Inventory Preparation – £120.00 (including VAT) or included in the above service options
• Professional Hourly Rate – £60.00 (including VAT)
• Re-Signing Fee – £175 (£210 including Vat) payable where The Agent, with your agreement, arranges a renewal of tenancy to an existing tenant
• Tenant Move Out Fee – £180.00 (including VAT) or included in the above service options
• Cancellation Fee – £300.00 (including VAT)
• Energy Performance Certificate – £75.00 (including VAT)
