Our office is in Guiseley, but our patch runs from Menston, Baildon to Ilkley across to Horsforth, Otley and Shipley/Saltaire. Here’s a little about each.
Guiseley and Hawksworth (LS20)
Guiseley is home. It’s a busy little town between Airedale and Wharfedale, with Otley Road as the main shopping street and the station on the Wharfedale line running to Leeds, Bradford and Ilkley. Locals still mention Harry Ramsden’s, which started here in 1930. Families look at Guiseley School and the primaries at Tranmere Park and St Oswald’s, and plenty of buyers like being a short hop from Leeds Bradford Airport.
Menston (LS29)
Menston is just up the A65 and one of the most asked-about villages on our books. It has its own station with direct trains to Leeds, Bradford Forster Square and Ilkley, and St Mary’s Menston Catholic Voluntary Academy is right on the doorstep. Highroyds, the homes built in the grounds of the old High Royds Hospital, give the village a good mix of period conversions and newer family houses alongside its traditional stone cottages.

Burley-in-Wharfedale and Ilkley (LS29)
Further along the Wharfedale line, Burley-in-Wharfedale and Ilkley share the LS29 postcode with Menston. They attract buyers who want the moors on the doorstep without losing the rail link to Leeds and Bradford.
Yeadon and Rawdon (LS19)
Yeadon and Rawdon sit between Guiseley and Horsforth, with Leeds Bradford Airport on one side and Yeadon Tarn in the middle. They’re popular with first-time buyers, airport staff and commuters, and demand from tenants stays steady all year.
Horsforth, Otley and Pool (LS18 and LS21)
Horsforth has its own station and a busy Town Street. Otley is a market town on the River Wharfe, below the Chevin. Pool-in-Wharfedale is a smaller village close by. All three are within easy reach of our Oxford Road office.
Baildon, Shipley and Saltaire (BD17 and BD18)
