Initial set up Fee £390-00

The initial setting up fee includes:

*Detailed professional inventory with pictures (Furnished or 5 bed plus properties may incur additional charges starting from £60)

*Move in of the tenant at the property confirming gas, electric & water readings

Monthly management Fee (11% + VAT)

If the monthly rental is £700 you will pay a fee of £92.40 inclusive of VAT

Renewal fee for the extension of contracts after initial fixed term £72.00

Annual Tenancy deposit scheme fee £30-00

Let Only Service

One payment of 50% of the first months rent achieved for a six month tenancy. (Minimum £474-00)

If the monthly rental is £800 you will pay a fee of £480 inclusive of VAT

One payment of 75% of the first months rent achieved for a twelve month tenancy. (Minimum £594-00)

If the monthly rental is £800 you will pay a fee of £720 inclusive of VAT

Cancellation

For both Fully managed & Let only service – If the property is withdrawn before a tenant is found a charge of up to £390.00 will be made to cover costs incurred.
