Buy To Let Property Review: Studio, Osprey Close, West Drayton

Share article

For consideration as a potential investment via another estate agent:

This studio on at £119,950 is currently let for £590pcm, which makes for a yield of 5.9%.  That’s a little low for a studio and reflects a lower than average rent for a studio and the higher price of the property.  A studio in the close sold for £103,000 middle of last year so I would be considering that when making an offer.  As you know a lower purchase price means a higher return on your money, never a bad thing!

Osprey Close is a third of a mile from West Drayton Station, so lovely and close.  It’s just off Swan Road, close to the rather picturesque Green.

The property was built in the late eighties/early nineties and so remains welll presented extrenally.  They is also allocated parking.

Internal inspection and understanding of the lease required.
