- Admin involved in the Tenancy: £400 + VAT (Equates to £480 including VAT) set-up fee on each new AST (including dealing with Deposit Protection legislation)
- Inventory preparation fee: From £150 (2 bed), £180 (3 bed), £200 (4 bed) + VAT (Equates to £180–£240 including VAT). On first let only. Additional charge of £40 for fully furnished properties. Subsequent updates £40 + VAT
- Preparation of paperwork: £250 + VAT (Equates to £300 including VAT)
- Alternative Dispute Resolution: £250 + VAT (Equates to £300 including VAT)
- Duplicate Statements: £10 + VAT (Equates to £12 including VAT)
- Cutting of keys (per key): £10 + VAT (Equates to £12 including VAT)
- Insurance claim handling fee: 10% + VAT of cost of works before VAT
- Professional hourly rate: £90 + VAT (Equates to £108 per hour including VAT)
- Re-signing fee: £100 + VAT (Equates to £120 including VAT) payable for tenancy renewals arranged by the agent
- Void management fee: £50 + VAT (Equates to £60 including VAT) per week, payable four-weekly in advance

Additional Fees & Conditions
- Cancellation: £250 + VAT (£300 including VAT) if Full Management is cancelled during tenancy (including extensions)
- Withdrawal fee: £250 + VAT (£300 including VAT) if landlord withdraws after marketing and tenant found
- Serving a Section 8 notice: £300
From 1 May, the agent will no longer prepare paperwork for legal notices, which will instead need to be arranged through legal representatives or Let Alliance. Rent guarantee policies may include the service of a Section 8 notice in cases of rent arrears, in which case no additional fee will apply. However, where no rent guarantee policy is in place, a fee will be charged for arranging the preparation and service of the notice.
- First Tier Tribunal assistance (rent increase disputes – fully managed only): £150
From 1 May, tenants will have the right to challenge rent increases by applying to a First-tier Tribunal. In such cases, assistance will include providing supporting evidence and preparing a report outlining the fair market rent. Wherever possible, early engagement with tenants will be used to reach agreement in advance and avoid the need for tribunal proceedings.
