Fees charged
We charge fees to tenants as follows :
- for varying an existing contract at the tenant’s request (subject to the landlord’s agreement) £50.00 (incl. VAT)
- for a change of sharer on an existing tenancy (subject to the landlord’s agreement) £50.00 (incl. VAT)
- for ending a tenancy agreement early at the tenant’s request (subject to the landlord’s agreement), a fee equivalent to the landlord’s full re-let cost.
- such other fees as the law permits.
Existing tenants
If you are currently renting a property from us, your tenancy agreement tells you most things such as how to contact us, how to pay your rent, and how to report repairs. You can request a copy of your tenancy agreement by emailing [email protected].
Tenant Protection
We hold client money protection through ARLA Propertymark and are member of the Property Ombudsman’s Scheme.
