Create the tenancy agreement, protect the deposit, issue mandatory documents.
Monthly fee 12% inc VAT.
Services as detailed in the terms of business, including: Receiving and remitting rents, issuing monthly statements (tax year or other period on request), carry out regular property visits with photographic reports, arranging repairs & maintenance, booking statutory checks (eg. gas cert, EICR), serving legal notices, liaising with tenants, providing 24/7 fault reporting system – and much, much more.
Fully managed with rent & legal warranty 15% inc VAT.
As fully managed, plus a rent guarantee covering:
Up to 15 months of rent arrears paid
75% of rent for up to 3 months on vacant possession
Up to £100,000 legal expenses

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation during a tenancy the minimum fee that would be payable is equal to the Let Only fee listed above, plus other costs incurred, including a reasonable fee for the time during which management has been carried out.
CMP Certificate
If we are protecting the deposit in the TDS insured scheme the deposit is being held in our franchisor’s The Property Franchise Group Client Account.
