Sanctions checks for landlords: £25 inc VAT per person (valid for a year or change of tenancy whichever is later)

ADDITIONAL ONE-OFF FEES AND CHARGES (when not already included in service level chosen):
Inventory Preparation Fee: £120 to £300 (inclusive of VAT) (depending on size of property)
Periodic Visits: £60 (inclusive of VAT) per visit.
Preparation of paperwork for Alternative Dispute Resolution: £120 (inclusive of VAT)
Duplicate statements: £2 (inclusive of VAT) per copy (first 3 copies free of charge)
Insurance Claim Handling Fee: 12% (inclusive of VAT) of cost of works
Re-Signing Fee: £108 (inclusive of VAT) for up to 2 tenants (£45 (inclusive of VAT) for each tenant or guarantor thereafter)
Void Management Fee: £60 (inclusive of VAT) per visit.
Inventory Check & Damage Report: £90-£180 (inclusive of VAT) (depending on size of property)
Professional rate: £50 (inc VAT) per hour.
Cancellation Fee: 13.2% (inclusive of VAT) of the agreed rent for the period, not exceeding six months from the commencement date of the tenancy.
