- Let Only Service: 9.6% inc. VAT of the annual rent, deducted by the Agent at the commencement of the tenancy.
- Letting and Rent Collection Service: 12% inc. VAT of the rent received, deducted by the Agent on a monthly basis from the rent collected.
- Full Management Service: 14.4% inc. VAT of the rent received, deducted by the Agent on a monthly basis from the rent collected.
Additional charges
Inventory Service: Price dependent on number of rooms, size of property and furnishings
Void/Additional property visits: £60 inc. VAT per visit
Submission of non-resident landlord’s receipts to HMRC: 1.2% inc. VAT
Arrangement fee for works over £1,000, 12% inc. VAT.
Rent review fee: same as Let Only Fee (not applicable for Full Management Service)
Renewal fee: same as Let Only Fee (not applicable for Full Management Service)
Check In (if no inventory): £60 inc. VAT
Check Out (if no inventory): £60 inc. VAT
Professional Hourly Rate: £96 inc. VAT Charged when required to carry out any additional services
