Tenant referencing £36 (inclusive of VAT) per tenant
Guarantor referencing £36 (inclusive of VAT) per guarantor
Tenancy agreement Fee £120 (inclusive of VAT)
Inventory service £200 (inclusive of VAT) Included in the Fully Managed Service and Rent Collection Service up to a rental value of £1000 per month. £00 (inclusive of VAT) for properties with a rental value over £1000 per month
Duplicate statements £24 (inclusive of VAT)
Professional hourly rate £60 (inclusive of VAT) Charged by the Agent when required to carry out any additional services

Minimum Fee
Where the Landlord cancels the Agent’s instruction to provide a management service, the Agent will charge, and the Landlord will pay, a fee of £600 inc Vat
