- Final inspection & deposit dispute handling

Cost
- 12% of rent (Including VAT)
- Set up Fees (Including VAT) – £240.00
- Inventory Fee – included in fully managed service
- Re-Letting Fee (Including VAT) – £240.00
Tenant find only service
- Advertising
- Viewings
- Referencing of prospective tenants
- Move In appointment – signing of tenancy documents and collect of first months rent
- We then would hand everything across to yourself to carry on, including registration of Deposit
Cost:
£360.00 (Including VAT) payable for each letting where the Tenant is introduced by Belvoir Derby West
