Let Only Package

Fee: 100% of first month’s rent + VAT (subject to a minimum £750 including VAT)

Inventory Preparation Fee (Inclusive with Full Management): Dependant on property

Belvoir Rent & Legal Guarantee including Eviction Costs :4.2% of annual rent inclusive of VAT

Inspections (Inclusive with Full Management): £70.00 inclusive of VAT

Tenancy renewal / Re-signing Fee: £150.00 inclusive of VAT

New tenant to existing tenancy Inc. referencing: £150.00 inclusive of VAT

End of Tenancy Checkout Report (Inclusive with Full Management): £150.00 inclusive of VAT

Service of Section 21 notice to tenants (Inclusive with Full Management): £120.00 inclusive of VAT

Commissions: In some instances, we may receive commission up to 12% (including VAT) from third party providers, including but not limited to: insurance companies, contractors, referencing & utility providers, solicitors and mortgage advisers

Gas Safety Certificate: Dependant on property

EPC: £70.00 (inclusive of Vat)

EICR & PAT Testing: Price on Application

Cancellation: Where any Package is cancelled during the tenancy (including any extension) a fee of £360.00 (inclusive of Vat) will be payable. Two months’ notice of cancellation required. Where a Let Only service is cancelled when we have found a ready, willing and able tenant to move in, a cancellation fee of £150.00 (inclusive of Vat)  is payable.
