Tenant find service
One month’s rent (Inc Vat 20%) payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by The Agent. Payable on commencement of a tenancy and deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of a tenancy.
Full management service
Initial fee of £478.80 inc vat, plus 12% (or 10% Plus VAT) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received.
Other charges
Inventory preparation fee:
£90.00 inc VAT payable for each tenancy introduced by The Agent
Deposit Registration Fee:
£30.00 Inc VAT payable for each tenancy introduced by The Agent (payable every 12 months for existing tenancy)
Insurance claim handling fee:
12% (or 10% plus VAT) of the cost of works before VAT
Re-signing fee:
£90 payable where The Agent, with your agreement, arranges a renewal of tenancy to an existing tenant
Introduction of purchaser fee:
2.4% (or 2% plus VAT) of the final sale price
Post letting service: (Inclusive with our “Full Management” service)
Inventory Check (including damage report): £120.00 Inc VAT
Cancellation
Where Full Management or Letting and Rent Collection service is cancelled during the tenancy (including any extensions) a fee of £600.00 Inc VAT will continue to be payable. We will require at least two tenancy months’ notice.
