Arrangement fee for works / maintenance – NO CHARGE. It is common practice in Lettings to add a percentage fee to maintenance works. It is Belvoir Cardiff company policy NOT to add any fee to maintenance charges.
Hourly charge – £60 including VAT. This hourly rate will be charged for special requests for services that are not included in our managed service
