Scale of charges
- Let Only Service: £ 540.00 (inclusive of VAT) payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent
- Full Management Service: 13.2% (inclusive of VAT) of the rent received, deducted by the Agent
(Minimum fee £48.00 inclusive of VAT)
(If the monthly rental is £500.00 you will pay a monthly fee of £60.00 inclusive of VAT)
New tenant set up fee on managed properties: £300.00 (inclusive of VAT)

The Property Ombudsman recommends inventory and statement of condition are complied by an independent inventory clerk (price on request as contracted out)
The fees under the above services are payable when any individual or organisation enters into an agreement to rent the Property as a result of our promotion, introduction, or viewing by the Agent.
Additional charges
- Professional hourly rate: £54.00 (inclusive of VAT) Charged by the Agent when required to carry out any additional services
- Duplicate statements: £6.00 (inclusive of VAT) per copy provided
- Void property inspections: Negotiable
- Inventory (furnished or Let Only): Price on request (contracted out)
- Tenancy renewal fee: £120.00 (inclusive of VAT) on landlords request
- Extra property visits: £30.00 (inclusive of VAT) on landlords request
- Deposit Protection / disputes: £42.00 (inclusive of VAT) per annum (Lodging of the deposit & preparation of paperwork for single claims / alternative dispute resolution)
- Major works fee: 12% (inclusive of VAT) (If the works costs £1000.00 you will pay a fee of £120.00 inclusive of VAT)
