My role is property manager, this means I deal with any maintenance issues that tenants report. I will speak to the landlords to keep them updated and I will arrange for contractors to attend. I also keep landlords informed of their legal responsibilities and administer these checks and certificates on their behalf. I have worked in the industry for just over three years and have worked as both a lettings negotiator and a property manager. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and binge watching tv series.
