Our Expert Landlord Services And Fees in Norfolk

Tenant Find Only Service

  • 95% of the first months rent (inc VAT)
  • New agreement to existing tenant – £102.00 inc. VAT

Fully Managed Service

  • Tenancy Start Up Fee – £270.00 inc. VAT
  • Tenant Referencing Fee – £225.00 inc. VAT

As of 2019 we are no longer able to charge the referencing fees to prospecting tenants.

  • Monthly Management Fee – 10% of rent collected plus VAT (12% inc. VAT)
  • Deposit Protection and Dispute Management Fee Tenant Find Only Properties – £60.00 inc. VAT
