Getting started – How to apply to rent a property?
Firstly, you’ll need to search for a property online; you’ll find our properties on all the major sites such as Rightmove, Zoopla and our own site. You’ll need to take into consideration all the factors above and you can use the sites to help you filter out options.
Once you’ve found a property that suits your needs, you can request a viewing by enquiring online. After you fill out your details you will receive a virtual tour of the property along with our application form and the opportunity to book a viewing slot if we have any.
After viewing the property and our helpful viewing agent has answers your questions, you will be able to submit a formal application. This will require a bit more information from you so please fill out as much as you can. Any additional information can be added to the bottom such as if you have any pets, special requests or if there’s anything we should know.
