Fully Managed: Start-up fee of £350.00 (£420.00 inc VAT) with a management fee of 12% inc VAT per month.
Let Only: £437.50 (£525.00 inc VAT)
All our fees are payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by Belvoir Crewe and Nantwich and payable on commencement of a tenancy and deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of a tenancy.
Admin involved in the Tenancy
- Deposit Protection legislation: £72 per tenancy inc VAT (inc in Let Only and Fully Managed)
Post Letting Service(Inclusive with our “Full Management” service)
- Tenant move out: £75.00 inc VAT
- Inventory Check: £120 inc VAT (including damage report):
- Renewal: £120.00 inc VAT
Cancellation
Where Full Management service is cancelled during the tenancy (including any extensions) a fee of 75% of the monthly rent (inc VAT) will continue to be payable.
