Letting and Rent Collection: 9.6% inclusive of VAT (8% + VAT) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received plus £380.00 inclusive of VAT letting fee for each letting charged at the outset.

Full Management: 13.2% inclusive of VAT (11% + VAT) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received plus £380.00 inclusive VAT letting fee letting fee for each letting charged at the outset. FOR ALL NEW LANDLORDS – FREE RENT & LEGAL INSURANCE FOR 6 MONTHS WITH OPTION TO RENEW AT £24 A MONTH THEREAFTER.

Inventory preparation fee: £150.00 inclusive of VAT please note that this is obligatory with all Belvoir Lettings in order to conform to the requirements of the tenant’s deposit schemes.

EPC: £96.00 inclusive VAT.

Service of notices fee: £120.00 inclusive VAT.

Re-signing fee: £120.00 inclusive of VAT payable where The Agent, with your agreement, arranges a renewal of tenancy to an existing tenant.

Transfer Deposit: £90.00 inclusive of VAT payable where deposit is transferred to either landlord or another agent.

Where landlord cancels our full management or rent collection service during a tenancy, a fee equal to 6 x the agreed monthly fee will apply subject to a minimum fee of £600.00 inclusive VAT. This fee will be deducted the month that notice is received.
