Registration of Deposit – NO CHARGE for managed properties. £60 including VAT for let only properties
Professional hourly rate – £60 including VAT. This hourly rate will be charged for special requests for services that are not included in our managed service
Additional requested property inspections (Above those in the managed service) – £60 Inc VAT
Property EPC – Approximately £95 including VAT
Landlords Gas safety certificate – Approximately £80 including VAT
Legionella Risk Assessment – Approximately £60 including VAT
Domestic Electrical check (EICR) – Approximately £162 including VAT
Annual smoke Alarm Testing – £60 Inc VAT
Obtaining utility pre-payment keys or cards or clearing previous debts – £60 each inc VAT
Key Cutting – £25 plus the cost of keys
