Fee Structure
We have a very simple fee structure which consists of an initial fee of £349+Vat (£418.80 inc VAT) – Which covers all aspects of our service including advertising, tenant referencing, drawing up tenancy agreements and production of our Inventories.
Our managed percentage is typically 10% of the properties rental value, however this can be negotiated to tailor our service to suit your requirements and portfolio – please do call us to discuss.
