Through our contacts with local contractors we can assist with small to medium scale property refurbishment for owners who are not in the area to do this themselves.
We operate on a fixed price basis and to a specification agreed in advance. We don’t deal with building works, but we do assist with:

- Odd jobs and miscellaneous repairs

- Roofing & Guttering
- Kitchen and bathroom replacement
