Our competitors love to tell you we’re just a lettings agent. We’re not – we sell as many properties as most of them do – and we think our service ticks more boxes.

• We sell property throughout Northampton, and in the villages around. Essentially postcodes NN1 to NN7, plus NN12 and NN13.
• Our advertising is comprehensive – we advertise on ALL major property portals, not just one or two – so all our properties get COMPLETE marketing coverage.
• Every property gets high quality photos and a digital floorplan.
• Every viewing is accompanied by a member of our team – we don’t expect you to do our job for us.
• Professional photography, walk through tours, aerial photos are available for properties that would be enhanced by it.
• Everything that’s needed to get the property ready for sale – some clearance, some redecoration, a garden tidy, etc – we can assist with if required.

Unlike some of our competitors, we do not incentivise our staff at the point they list your property for sale – we incentivise them to actually sell it. This means you get a realistic valuation, not an inflated one that just misleads you.

In terms of fees, we price competitively in the local market and are rarely undercut by established competitors. What you pay depends on what level of service you want – starting from £500+VAT for us getting your property on national portals, and you doing pretty much everything else.
