Belvoir Mid Sussex opened in 2013 and is run by business partners Nathan Crombie and Wai Lam. Whilst successfully running our Mid Sussex Branch, they have also owned Belvoir Brighton & Hove since 2015. With two thriving businesses under their belt, they both have a wealth of experience and a thorough understanding of the needs of our landlords and what services are most important and valued to them.
Our goal is to deliver a quality service, with the best possible advice and customer care. It was our own experience with local letting agents that led us to open Belvoir, in the belief that landlords deserved a better service. We work with the Mortgage Advice Bureau, to provide our customers with expert mortgage advice. They have access to thousands of mortgages, including exclusive deals not available on the high street, so can help find the best deal whether re-mortgaging or making your first purchase.
