Its great news for the property industry as from April 2015, pension savers will be given total freedom over how they withdraw hard earned pension money. Pension age folk can withdraw the money instead of keeping it in a dedicated scheme. They will be able to spend it how they wish and this may be a great opportunity to invest in property and receive regular monthly income and capital growth.
