Another attraction for this location is the long lease lengths on many of the flats. 966 years on this particular flat brought to the market by my neighbours, Coopers.
The list price for the property is £159,950. At a rent of £825pcm the gross yield would be 6.2%.
I would always take a look carefully but the flat does look to offer a fair yield and the prospect of capital growth.
