Regeneration is the buzzword around Thanet these days and its a welcome one too! There are many parts of the Isle that are in desperate need of it and we should all jump for joy when an opportunity is snapped up.
Recently a site in Ramsgate that currently houses an antiques shop and warehouse has been snapped up at a Clive Emson Auction and has got planning for 14 flats.
