We were delighted to learn that we had been shortlisted for two separate categories at the ESTAS 2015. We attended the annual awards at the Hilton, Mayfair on Friday 17th April and were thrilled to receive the Silver Award for the ‘Best Letting Agency in Wales’ as voted by tenants, having received a 97.88% excellent score from our tenants!
Unfortunately despite being shortlisted for the Landlord award and receiving a 97.98% excellent score from our landlords, we didn’t manage to get onto the podium this year for a second award, however we were absolutely delighted to be shortlisted are looking forward to entering again next year.
