Belvoir Swansea is hiring! We’re looking for an experienced Sales Valuer & Negotiator to join the expanding Sales Department.
The ideal candidate must be people and customer service orientated, and enjoy working as part of a dynamic and friendly team. They must have excellent negotiation skills, be able to follow systems and procedures and be able to work well under pressure.
Job description for Sales Valuer & Negotiator at the Belvoir Swansea branch
You will be required to;
- Carry out sales valuations;
- Take photographs, produce property particulars and marketing material;
- Carry out viewings & negotiate sales;
- Effectively and efficiently progress sales through to completion;
- Monitor the market and effectively prospect for new business;
- Drive property sales forwards across the Swansea, Mumbles and Gower
The right candidate will;
- Be proactive and self-motivated;
- Have a can-do attitude with the drive to work hard and perform;
- Have superb communication skills;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Ability to work alone as well as alongside a successful team;
- Have a proven track record of working to and over achieving targets within a sales environment;
- Have experience within Estate Agency;
- Be looking for career progression and development;
- Have a full and valid drivers license;
