PRESS COVERAGE DECEMBER 2017 – THE SENTINEL

Ramona Hirschi has taken over the Belvoir franchise in Stoke-on-Trent

Entrepreneur and property developer Ramona Hirschi, from Newcastle, has taken over the Belvoir franchise in Stoke-on-Trent.

Ramona had been running fair trade company Little Trove, alongside developing properties and managing her own rentals, before taking on her new role at the Hanley-based branch.

Ramona said: “Brexit and the drop in exchange rates meant importing goods for Little Trove became too risky, so I decided to pursue other business avenues that would ride out the economic uncertainties.” I’m mad about property and having built up the experience to do it as well as having my own network of trusted tradesmen, running a full-time lettings business seemed the next logical step.

The Stoke-on-Trent branch has a portfolio of more than 160 managed properties and more than 100 let-only properties. Under Ramona’s management the firm has expanded its market from just covering Stoke-on-Trent to covering the Staffordshire Moorlands as well.
